Select the property,
or a selection of properties, and the Click the E-Mail link and
send us a message requesting availability. Simply detail all your
holiday requirements such as dates, number of passengers, length
of stay and whether or not you require Flights, Car Hire, Airport
Service, Mobile Phone Rental or any of our other services that we
have available.

BOOKING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
|
The following conditions
forms the basis of the contract between the proprietors and the
clients, and the rentals of the villas is conditional upon the acceptance
orf these terms by the clients.

|
|
1: Bookings will only be confirmed
upon receipt of the completed booking form, the completed signed
Rental Costs Form and your cheque or credit card authorisation for
the 30% deposit. . The balance plus the refundable 300 Euros inventory/breakages
deposit must be paid in full 10 weeks before your departure date.
If booking a holiday within 10 weeks of travelling full payment will
be required.

2: You should confirm the
availability of the property with us prior to making any firm travel
arrangements.
|
|
|
3: The property is to be used
only by those named on the booking form for the purposes of a holiday
only and a reasonable standard of dress and behavior is expected.
|
|
|
4: The 300 Euro inventory/breakages
deposit is required to cover any minor breakages, shortages etc,
and if no charges are applicable this will be refunded in full.
Any additional costs we incur resulting in your use of the villa
will be payable in full by you.

|
|
5: The property will be cleaned
and checked prior to your arrival by our managing agents, who must
be allowed access at all reasonable times to allow them to carry
out their duties of pool cleaning, laundry etc.
|
|
|
6: Shortly before your departure
we will send you directions to the property and details of where to
collect the keys or arrangments to meet our managing agents.
|
|
|
7: The property will normally
be available for your enjoyment from 17.00 hrs on your arrival day.
On your departure day, we ask you to leave the villa clean and tidy
and to vacate the villa by 10.00hrs to allow access by our managing
agents to inspect the property, confirm the inventory and to prepare
for the new arrivals.
|
|
|
8: An inventory is provided
in the property. Any defects or deficiences must be reported to our
managing agents within 48 hrs of your arrival. After this time it
will be assumed that everything is in order. The property rental price
includes water, electricity and gas. Linen and towels are not included.
|
|
|
9: You are asked to use the
property and contents with care and to make good any damage to the property or fittings. Any damage must be reported immediately to our
managing agents.
|
|
|
10: If you need help or advice
please contact our managing agents.
|
|
|
11: We strongly recommend
that all members of your party be adequately insured.
|
|
|
12. The proprietors shall
not be responsible for any accident or injury to the clients arising
from the clients use of the property or its facilities.
|
|
|
13: Any third party contact
numbers we provide are given in good faith as we use them ourselves.
However we are unable to accept responsibility for any arrangements
you make with them, beyond using our best endevours to resolve any
problems that may arise.
|
|
|
14: In the unlikely event of a disruption
to the supply of services to the property, our liability is limited
to endeavouring to resolve the problem to the best of our ability
as we are at the mercy of the local authorities. In the case of
a disruption in the water or electricity supplies, please check first
with the neighbours to see if it is a general problem. If the problem
is confined to our property, please contact the managing agents for
assistance.

15: Any cancellation of bookings
must be in writing and notified to and recieved by Villa Rentals Costa Blanca no later than 10 clear weeks prior to departure. If cancellation
is prior to this deadline the deposit only will ne forfeited. If
cancellation is less than 10 clear weeks before the departure the
full hire cost is to be paid. We therefore advise that you arrange
for the appropriate insurance against cancellation.

16: In the event that the
property is unavailable for rental during the period booked, due to
circumstances beyond our control, our liability shall be limited
to a refund of the monies paid to us by you. In this unlikely situation
we shall of course use our best endevours to find alternative accomodation
in the area.
